Policies

Rates

All rates include exclusive use of the villa and staff. Daily housekeeping is available, except on Sundays and during holidays. Food and beverages are not included in daily rates.

All rates are subject to a 13% government tax and a 10% service charge. Rates are subject to change at any time. If you have a confirmed reservation, the rate will not change.

Payment

We require a 50% deposit to hold your reservation. Deposit must be received within 7 days of booking. Balance is due 60 days prior to arrival during High and Low Seasons and 90 days prior to arrival during Festive Season.

All Christmas and New Year “Festive Season” reservations booked between December 15th and January 5th are non-refundable.

Payment by Wire/ACH is preferred, but we also accept major credit cards (fees may apply). Credit card will be held for security deposit.

Cancellation

Full refund will be issued for cancellation received at least 90 days prior to arrival date. Refund less 10% administrative fee for cancellation received less than 90 days but greater than 60 days of arrival date. Refund is forfeited if cancellations occur within 60 days of arrival date.

Check-in/Departure

Villa Rêve Noir will be available to guests at 4:00 p.m. on the day of arrival. Guests are asked to check out by 11:00 a.m. on the day of departure.

Villa Rêve Noir is a non-smoking villa. Pets are not allowed. No exceptions.
