Beach Palm Villa is undoubtedly one of Anguilla’s most conveniently situated vacation homes. It’s exceptional location is just steps away from stunning Mead’s Bay Beach – 2 miles of glorious powder white sand – where lounge chairs and umbrellas for the exclusive use of the villa’s guests are available. Mead’s Bay is also the home of many of Anguilla’s most popular restaurants – including Blanchard’s Beach Shack, Jacala and Straw Hat and the five star Malliouhana Hotel.
The villa is also within 5 minutes walk of the pristine and deserted Long Bay and five minutes drive from other popular west end beaches like Barnes Bay, Shoal Bay West, Maunday’s Bay and West End Bay. There is a large supermarket 3 minutes drive away also.

Twin Palms Villa’s guests benefit from dedicated sun loungers and umbrellas reserved exclusively for them on a prime spot on Mead’s Bay beach. Villa guests are also able to enjoy complimentary use of the Tennis Courts at nearby Carimar Beach Club.

Terms and Conditions
Check in time is 3:00 p.m. and check out time is 11:00 a.m.
Maximum 2 guests per bedroom.
13% government tax and 10% service charge added to rates.
Minimum 4 nights reservation in Winter and Summer, and 14 nights for the Holidays.
50% deposit required to secure reservation and the balance due 60 days prior to arrival.
