Sweet Return Villa sits beautifully on the highly elevated Isaac’s Cliff in Long Bay. Access to the villa is directly across from the main entrance to the Cusinart Golf Resort and Spa, Greg Norman golf course. The villa has been designed and oriented to capture spectacular views from not only the common areas but also from the privacy of both main floor bedrooms and ensuites. The villa has a breathtaking panoramic view from the pool ranging at least 270 degrees with stunning views of St. Maarten/St. Martin, Saba, and on a clear day beyond.
The main house has a well appointed kitchen furnished with the necessary appliances, dining area, office centre, entertainment unit all in the central living area in addition to a small sunroom, the perfect place to tuck away for some solitude.
The main house has two identical Master bedrooms with king size beds, air conditioning, ceiling fans, sliding doors with screens to the pool deck and ensuite bathrooms. The third bedroom is located in the garden, with sliding doors to a private sitting area, air conditioning, ceiling fan, ensuite bath, and the option of either two twin or a king size bed.
Sweet Return Villa offers exquisite furnishings, large windows (to capture the breathtaking views and the tropical breeze) and hurricane shutters.
The pool deck has also been resurfaced with slate and furnished with luxurious lounge furniture including lounge chairs with ottomans, chaise loungers, a sofa and dining table with umbrella and chairs.

Reservations: A 50% deposit is required to secure the reservation, and the booking will be considered firm when we have received your reservation deposit and you have received our written booking confirmation. Full and final payment must be received by 60 days prior to your arrival date. We reserve the right to cancel your booking if your payment is not received by the due date.
Holiday bookings must be paid in full and payment received sixty days prior to arrival day and are non-refundable.
Cancellation Policy: Winter and summer reservations are refunded less a $100 cancellation fee if cancellation is received 60 days prior to arrival. Holiday season bookings are non-refundable. We do not refund for no-shows, late arrivals or early departures.
Rates are per night and are quoted in US Dollars. All rates excludes 13% goods and services tax and 10% service charge. Minumum 5 nights. Holiday period requires a 14 night minimum.
